This Weekly WHS Inspection Checklist is to be completed by each Site Manager for each Estate or Project/Wholesale housing site they work on. Any hazards or risks identified in this weekly inspection is to be recorded on this document and then sent to the Building Management Assistant and relevant EHS Manager.

1. WHS Documentation

1.1 Do all sites inspected have an up to date WHS Management Plan?

1.2 Have all workers on the sites inspected signed into the Site WHS Management Plan before they commenced work?

1.3 Do all lots inspected have site WHS signage appropriately displayed?

1.4 If any high risk work is being conducted on the estate have the workers signed a Safe Work Method Statement and is it site specific?

2. Hazards

2.1 Site security issues? (Fences secure)

2.2 Site conditions/housekeeping?

2.3 Amenities available for workers?

2.4 Environmental issues (sediment fences)?

2.5 Work at heights?

2.6 Ladders?

2.7 Plant and Equipment?

2.8 Trenching and excavation?

2.9 Electrical safety? (Testing and tagging, leads on ground etc)

2.10 Tool and equipment safety?

2.11 Impalement hazards?

2.12 PPE?

2.13 Mobile Plant issues?

2.14 Any issues with unwanted animals on site?

2.15 Hazardous Substances on site?

2.16 Any other hazards not previously identified?
