DINING ROOM

  • Do table touch-ins with remaining guests to refresh beverages, etc.

  • Wipe down all tables with table turner (include all tops, legs, base)

  • Wipe down all booths and chairs including seats and legs

  • Wipe down condiment station (top, front, sides, compartments)

  • Wipe down all trash can cabinets including opening

  • Clean all high chairs with table turner

  • Sweep dining room including under all tables, booths, trash cans, and high chairs

  • Sweep both entryways

  • Make sure to sweep and wipe window sill by front entry trash can

  • Clean community table (be careful to use products that don't damage the wood)

  • Scrub only 1 section of the dining room every night, Mop the rest

  • Wipe all window sills

  • Check all table toppers and clean if necessary and throw away if needed

  • Clean all windows and doors with aerosol foam spray

  • Pay close attention to doors and playground

  • Restock all condiments

  • Empty all trash cans

  • Clean and line all trays and return to bagging area

  • Take down umbrellas and wipe patio tables

Bathrooms

  • Sweep and mop bathrooms

  • Clean mirrors with glass cleaner and paper towel

  • Clean counters/faucet/sink with bathroom cleaner

  • Clean toilet fixtures with multi purpose and use a separate towel that will be thrown away

  • Clean all toilet bowls and urinals with bathroom cleaner and scrub if needed

  • Restock

  • Toilet paper

  • Paper towels

  • Soap

  • Sanitizer

  • Seat liners

  • Empty trash and replace bag

  • Sanitize changing table

  • Dazzle silver plates on doors

Playground

  • Wipe all equipment with sanitize towel

  • Wipe bench and shoe cubby

  • Pick up any trash
