Divan Upholstery

  • Correct case selected, work ticket checked.

  • Frame positioned squarely to case and ID sticker attached.

  • Card positioned squarely and stapled to frame, evenly spaced staples.

  • Case stapled to frame, tensioned and stapled correctly. Staple distance maximum 80mm apart.

  • Drawer aperture cut and stapled neatly, minimum 9 staples on all sides of the aperture.

  • Excess material stapled to the rear of the aperture, 9 staples. Drawer strap attached minimum 4 staples.

  • Side saddles positioned and attached squarely, 2 staples spaced apart parallel with the edge of the saddle.

  • Material cut away from all socket holes, hole must be clear and visible.

  • Fire label attached, 2 evenly spaced staples with the information face up.

  • Operators check the bottom lid and remove any loose threads.

  • Correct drawer selected and drawer fit tested, pushing drawer in & out 3 times.

Undercover

  • Correct undercover positioned squarely and attached using a staple distance of 50mm minimum.

  • All cut edges folded neatly to prevent fraying.

  • Undercover welled ensuring the well is a minimum depth of 40mm.

  • Drawer runner strap pulled tight and stapled, 3 staples evenly spaced.

  • Socket or castor fittings inserted correctly.

Pre-Wrap

  • Headboard sticker positioned over t-nut bolts correctly.

  • Corner card positioned and stapled flush and tight to the divan, 4 evenly spaced staples 2 per side.

  • Work ticked scanned and correct castor pack selected.

  • Castor pack attached to square side using 6 evenly spaced staples.

  • Work ticket stapled to round side using 2 evenly spaced staples.

  • Thermal tickets attached to corner card correctly.
