When alarm sounds, quickly flips the meat twice, once to sear off potential juices and again onto the transfer zone

GRILLED ONIONS

Places single use poly gloves on either right or left hand

Opens the reach-in cooler door using a poly glove to touch the door handle

Uses hand with vinyl glove to grab the required amount of diced onions

Closes the reach in door using an elbow or poly glove to touch the door handle

Places the onions on the designated spot on the grill using the vinyl glove

Removes the poly glove before handling seasoning, spatulas, timers, grill scrappers, bun oil/ water bottles, warming drawers, and ready to eat foods. Adheres to proper glove removal procedures leaving the vinyl gloves in place.

1. Grasps the poly gloves from back of wrist.
