Please ensure you have the following equipment prior to starting the inspection. Laptop computer with HDMI connector able to produce a 1920x1080p HDIM signal. Telephones and tablet devices with adaptors are NOT acceptable video sources. If the room has hearing augmentation you will require headphones with a 3.5mm TRS connector. Consumables, ie Cable Velcro (double sided Velcro for cable management) , Velcro cable trucking, Replacement HDMI cables, Microfibre cloth for cleaning screens. DO NOT USE CHEMICALS ON SCREENS SURFACES.

Testing Checklist
Room setup and devices

Ensure all equipment is located correctly per the install guideline, Please relocate any out of place equipment to its correct location

Wipe all marks and finger prints from the webex board and touch ten controller

Check that the quick reference guide is present

Check cable raceway / carpet Velcro is neatly attached to the floor and is preventing trip hazards

Check HDMI content input cable is in good order - Please replace any damaged cables at time of inspection

Check Network cable for the Cisco Touch ten control panel - Please replace any damaged cables at time of inspection

Check Network cable for the Cisco Webex unit - Please replace any damaged cables at time of inspection

Check Power cables for the Cisco Webex unit is securely seated in both the GPO and the Webex unit

Check Cables under meeting table are secured correctly - Please secure any loose cables to underside of the table using Velcro

On touch screen webex boards, Confirm that the pen / stylus is located on the bottom of the screen on the magnetic holder. - Please replace if missing or if the tip is damaged.
Perform a Webex test call with the help-desk staff and check the following items -

For test calls, please select "join Webex" on the touch screen and enter the Meeting number:2651 526 3386 Password: test123
IF you have problems, please call Gordon Beale or Matthew Bollard. -
Confirm the duration of the Webex test call. Call duration logs maybe cross referenced .

Check speaker Levels and adjust as necessary. - You should be able hear the far-end clearly

Check microphone Levels and adjust as necessary - The far-end should be able to hear you clearly without distortion

Using your laptop and the provided HDMI cable, Share content with the other meeting participant.

Test Speaker tracking: Confirm camera detects and switches between active speakers and provides ideal framing
Place a phone call to a landline or mobile phone - Currently not all rooms are enabled for external phone calls. Please skip this question

Place a Phone call to Helpdesk mobile phone . Dial 0 0417 377 911. If helpdesk is unavailable, please call your own mobile phone.

If the unit is not charging firstly check that the power supply for the charging cradle is connected to a working GPO.
Check the battery selection switch located in the battery compartment in the top left corner is switched to NiMH. -
