General site conditions

  • Is the General site PPE conditions clearly displayed at entry to site?

  • Does the sign contain a Contact name and number?

  • Is the site secure, all perimeter fencing in place and intact?

  • Are amenities on site? e.g. Site shed, Toilets, Drinking Water, etc

  • Have the amenities been connected to a Power source and Water as per the PMP?

Site Storage

  • Are there site containers used as storage sheds?

Overall Site Conditions

  • Are work areas secure? (are barriers around open excavations and are preventing unauthorised access)

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Are personnel on site wearing the correct PPE as per site conditions (main sign) and their PMP/ SWMS?

  • Are open Excavations (all depths) protected by flagging / barricaded off, according to the Contractors PMP?

  • Type of works being carried out
