NOTE:
Extension Leads, Transformers, Lights etc. must all be returned to the stores in clean condition, do not put these items in asbestos waste bags
NOTE:
Negative Pressure Units must have old pre filters removed with new pre filters fitted end caps must be fitted and sealed prior to being sent from site.
NOTE:
H Type Vacuums must have old bags changed & clean bags fitted prior to being sent from site, hose inlet must be sealed prior to removal from site
NOTE:
Injection Units, all injection needles must be thoroughly cleaned & stored in the correct containers before being sent from site
NOTE:
All Asbestos Equipment must be thoroughly cleaned and sealed before being transported to the stores or for DOP & PAT Testing -
Cleaning has been undertaken to confirm the item is visibly clear of asbestos materials.
