Vehicle inspection

  • Check body work for damage, dents/ scratches

  • Check condition of tyres visually

  • Are windscreen wiper blades in a good condition ? (rear where applicable)

  • Check windscreen washer fluid level

  • Are headlights and tail lights working ?

  • Are front and rear indicators working ? Also check hazard light operation

  • Check engine warning lights ......vehicle will need to be started and observed for a few moments
    * note some lights may not show a fault until vehicle is moving or at operating temperature

  • Check for fluid leaks under vehicle

    * note a puddle of water on the ground under the front passenger side of vehicle could indicate that the air conditioning has been in operation

  • Is vehicle clean ? ( Inside and out )

  • Signature on completion
