Work on the above machine has been carried out and the necessary repair/maintenance has been completed. No extraneous engineering debris, equipment or tools have been left on or around the machine. The machine has been left in a clean and tidy condition to allow production staff to carry out the cleaning & sanitation and completion of cleaning records prior to being returned to production.
