Audit Objectives and Legal Compliance Overview To review site compliance with Environmental Management Standards ISO14001 and ISO50001 (Energy Management) To review site compliance with environmental legislation such as: • Waste, Electrical and Electronic Regulations (2012) • The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections (England and Wales) Regulations • Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) Regulations (2001) • Environmental Protection Act (1990) • Hazardous Waste Regulations (2005) • Water Industry Act (1991) • Fluorinated Gas Regulations and Ozone Depleting Substances Regulations (2015) To produce a report on findings, including good practice, non-conformance against the standards with any identified recommendation for corrective action. Observations and OFIs (opportunity for improvement) are also recorded for management consideration.

Audit Process - A systematic and independent examination of evidence against the standards, followed by a report of the main findings and specified list of the areas that require corrective action.
