  • m. The staff room is in a clean and tidy state with no food scraps being left “lying around”.

  • n. There is suitable provision for staff to store food brought into the offices, and it is being used.

  • o. Light bulbs are working, adequate lighting is in place.

  • p. Electrical items on site are tested and tagged, and checks are in date.

  • q. Exit lighting is illuminated?

  • r. There is a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) register available to relevant workers. It is current and in date (SDS’s are valid for 5 years).

  • s. All chemicals are properly segregated, clearly labelled and secured in closed containers

  • t. Areas are well maintained
