  • HSE required policy documents are clearly posted to Bulletin and current.

  • Safety Management Plan (SMP) is available on site and current. Contractor performance reviews being conducted.

  • Site emergency response plan is available and up to date.

  • Evacuation drills are conducted by Honeywell or the customer. Evacuation critique performed within the past year.

  • First Aid kits are available and appropriately stocked.

  • Fire extinguishers are available, mounted on wall, and current on inspections and annual service.

  • Kitchen area is clean and appliances are shut off when not in use.

  • Restrooms are clean and appropriately stocked

  • Walking surfaces are clear and free of hazards that could cause a slip, trip, or fall.

  • Storage areas are neat and orderly. Materials and storage racks are secured and not overloaded.

  • Chemical storage is labeled, provides secondary containment, and no visible leaks present. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) current. Flammable storage separated as needed. Spill kits are available.

  • Trash receptacles are present and maintained. Where outside dumpsters are used and Honeywell responsibility, area around dumpster is clean and separated per local regulations.

  • Clear access to electrical panels is maintained (36") and properly labeled. Electrical panel doors closed.

  • Electrical outlets are not overloaded, covers in place. Visual inspection of electrical cords.

  • Ladders are inspected, in safe condition, and stored properly.
