  • Chemical storage is labeled, provides secondary containment, and no visible leaks present. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) current. Flammable storage separated as needed. Spill kits are available.

  • Trash receptacles are present and maintained. Where outside dumpsters are used and Honeywell responsibility, area around dumpster is clean and separated per local regulations.

  • Clear access to electrical panels is maintained (36") and properly labeled. Electrical panel doors closed.

  • Electrical outlets are not overloaded, covers in place. Visual inspection of electrical cords.

  • Ladders are inspected, in safe condition, and stored properly.
