I have carried out a final clean of the gutters and blown out any debris

I have inspected the pointing for any cracks or damage and repaired what's reasonable. (Contact supervisor if an unreasonable amount and provide photos)

I have checked over the roof for broken tiles, jaws, large chips and changed any reasonable amount of tiles that do not comply with Bristile and Australian Standards. If an unreasonable amount exists, I have consulted my supervisor for further instructions. If so, what are supervisors instructions?

I have completed the cold glaze as per docket and has been completed to Bristile Roofings standard, including sufficient coating to valley cuts.

Are there any protrusions or other items installed on the roof? <br>IE: Flumes, antennas, solar ect. <br>If so, please specify and take photos.

Is there any additional work to be carried out or any concerns with the roof that the builder should be aware of? (Including but not limited to- cement staining, leaching, disturbed ridge, Ridge after flashing, malicious damage ect).<br>If so, contact your Supervisor and note down approximate cost of work with photos.
