1 - FRA Suitability & Sufficiency. A new FRA should be undertaken if the answer to any of the below questions is NO.

1.01 Is the original FRA available, Current and does it cover all areas within the premises?

1.02 Do all working practises remain unchanged including the way they have been undertaken or organised, including disabled evacuation procedures that are not adequately controlled?

1.03 Is the building free from any significant alterations both internally or externally, structure, layout or storage since the last review?

1.04 Are all fixtures, fittings and materials unchanged since the last review / assessment with no alterations that significantly increase the risk of fire?

1.05 Do all storage areas remain the same with no change of use, or increase in the storage of hazardous substances since the last review/assessment?
