Detail
- Incomplete - The services pass through the structure with damaged or non-existent fire stopping which requires replacing to manufacturers standards by a third-party accredited contractor.
- Compartment Floor Detail - Services pass through the compartment floor without the required level of fire stopping, this requires fire stopping with intumescent materials to the manufacturers specification by a third party accredited contractor.
- Void - The void above the compartment wall housing a fire door is incomplete above ceiling level and requires the introduction of a retrospective compartment line to the required rating inline with the fire strategy.
- Rating - The fire stopping does not appear to be to the required rating to the compartment line as stated within the fire strategy.
- Door Frame - The fire stopping around the door perimeter is insufficient and requires resealing with intumescent materials to manufacturers specification.
- Foam - Excessive PU foam has been used which is incorrect in this instance and requires removal and replacing with intumescent materials to manufacturers specification.
