Review Procedure and Notes

  • This First Aid Kit is suitable for 1-25 Workers

  • Items are to be reviewed and restocked; ·  Every 6 months or ·  After an incident requiring First Aid Kit Use ·  Creams and Saline to be checked for Expiry Dates

  • First Aid Container: ·  Must protect the contents of the first aid kit from dust and damage. ·  The container needs to be easily recognisable - with signage posted ·  Prominently displayed on the outside and clearly marked as ‘First aid kit’) ·  Should not be locked

  • We have reviewed our Risk Profile with State Legislation and have chosen these items for our First Aid Kits.

  • This kit is compliant through a prescribed approach for some states.

  • This kit contents is also acceptable for our Risk Level after consultation with workers and interested parties.

  • NB: We have chosen NOT to supply Ventolin, Eppi Pens or Headache tablets
