  • This is a visual inspection from ground level and hence the extent of the inspection and ability to identify materials and fixing methods and condition is very limited. We have not removed a sample selection of fixing bolts, nor inspected the materials close up and no pull test has been carried out, testing the fixing mechanisms.

    We cannot guarantee the condition, nor state if the balcony is safe or not.

    We list below where we have been unable to view a balcony due to access difficulties.

    We walked around the development grounds and inspected everything from ground level only.
