Function Test

  • Function Test Machine, includes operation from platform and ground control. Add notes for any issues found.

  • Operator controls in good condition. Decals in good condition. Take photos.

Pre-Major Inspection Evaluation

  • Check Machines Hydraulic Cylinders and Hoses for Condition and leaks , take photos and add findings to Notes

  • Electrical cables and looms in good condition and protected

  • Check EWP Batteries and load Test. When were batteries last replaced? Note overall Condition
