FMG Site Inspection

Check generator for physical damage; Air intake clear. Panels, doors and hinges operable

Check external fittings and connections; Marechal Plug, Weiland Plug and fuel connections intact. All sockets capped - if not in operation

Inspect Condition of Vibration mounts; Mounting bolts firm. No sign of cracked or damaged rubber

Check for Alarms; Record Alarms with Astrix (Unacknowledged) and background Colour (Active). DO NOT Clear alarms.

Check Air Filter; Are clamps tight. Is Out element serviceable. Is inner Element serviceable. Restriction Indicator shows OK

Check Oil Filter; Check for leaks and record date on filter. Filter serviceable and OK

Check Fuel Filter; Check filter assembly for leaks and record filter date.

Check fuel water separator; Water trap is clear of water (where fitted)

Check MCB / Relay Enclosure; All cables and fittings intact. No signs of hot joints. Dust level low

Check Engine / DC loom; Engine loom connections intact. Conduits intact and not damaged. Terminations clean. Sensor wires restrained with cable ties

Check radiator condition; Build up on radiator core NOT limiting cooling.

Check Water Pump; Check tell-tale. Coolant not leaking or found in bund

Check Fan Blades; Fan Blades serviceable and no signs of damage

Signs Engine Is Glazed

Check fan drive belt; Finger tension test. Belt serviceable

Check bund / base condition; Liquid containment bund does NOT need attention.<br>Fuel fittings not leaking

Check Battery Volts & Condition; What is battery volt reading on control panel.<br>Check battery for damage / leaks. Battery affixed correctly and terminals clean

Check Battery Isolator; Battery Isolator mountings intact. Terminals protected / do not contact others

Check Solar Panel; "Solar panel is providing charge to battery. Is Panel Clean No damage present"

Check AC Wiring; AC wiring correct and no signs of abrasion or heat.<br>Cables through bulkheads are not abraded. Current Transforms (CT's) intact and not damaged.

Check Fire Extinguisher; Is Fire Extinguisher within date

Check Electrical Tag; Colour and date of Electric Tag is correct.
