• Sweep and Mob the floor. Mob heat should be clean before and water should be new

• Take down the chairs. Refill & place the napkins on the tables

• Refill and clean ketchup bottles. Place them on the tables. NO OUTSIDE TABLES

• Clean tables and chairs. Clean entry windows

• Set up trays with placement papers

• Refill container with sanitizer and place a clean rag at the cleaning station

• Turn On TV and music. Also estimated time line sign

• Sweep and Mob the floor. Mob heat should be clean before and water should be new

• Clean fixtures, and check dispensers

• Check the garbages

• Check the milkshake consistency. Fill it if is necessary

• Turn on POS system (DATES MUST MATCH) / Check the float and printer rolls

• Check that all ingredients are filled and take off lids. All mugs are done as well

• Set up mugs station (parking area)

• Prepare water cups filled with ice
