PERFORM THE "HAVE A GREAT SHIFT" MEETING - Be sure all the associates are present.

DO THE BAR LINE CHECK - Be sure the bartender is ready to open. Give the necessary indications.

CHECK THE SERVER'S OPENING - Confirm everything is clean. Be sure the station is stocked.
