  • Ensure all Card Readers are Plugged in and Charged

Lunch Checklist

  • Ensure F2F is set up and sent out on time

  • Check Voicemail

  • Check CEM and labor

Transition Checklist

  • Count Drawers/Safe

  • Drop Money

  • Check Voicemail

  • Transfer Shift to Night Leader

  • Ensure bathrooms are stocked and clean

  • Ensure dining room is swept and tables cleaned

  • Ensure trashes have been checked and changed

Lemonade/Tea/Coffee

  • Assemble FC and DT Lemonade Machine

  • Fill FC and DT Lemonade Machine

  • Make 1 Diet Lemonade

  • Make 4 Extra Containers of Regular Lemonade

  • Fill Coffee Base

  • Make 1 Extra Container of Coffee Base

  • Ensure All Lemonade/Coffee/Tea have proper Labels

  • Assemble Tea Urns

  • Fill DT and FC Tea Urns

  • Assemble Coffee Pots and Brew FC and DT Coffee

  • Clean Coffee Pots

Ice Bins

  • Disassemble Ice-bin

  • Sanitize with K-5 Water

  • Rinse with Water

  • Reassemble Ice-bin

  • Refill Ice bin

Cherries/Lemons

  • Assemble Cherry/Lemon Caddies

  • Place Cherries and Lemons in Caddies slice more lemons if necessary

  • Ensure Cherries and Lemons are properly labeled

Ice-Dream

  • Assemble Ice-Dream Machine ensuring that Lube is used

  • Fill Ice-Dream Machine

  • Turn on Ice-Dream Machine

  • Wipe down and Clean Ice-dream during transition *including the ice-dream tray

  • Wipe down and Clean Milkshake base during transition "including the tray

Miscellaneous

  • Clean metal and corners of ice machine

  • Fill-up Mop-it and plug in

  • Check Soda Syrups, Change if Syrups are Empty

  • Install Coke Nozzles

  • Turn on all Drink Towers

  • Prepare back-up Strawberry Topping (Seasonal items as well)

  • ENSURE ALL ITEMS/FOOD ARE CORRECTLY LABELED

  • Ensure Ice-bins are Stocked

  • Ensure Salad Fridge is Stocked

  • Open umbrellas if weather permits

  • Clean and line trays

  • Clean window sills (M/W/F)

Weekly Duties for FOH morning

  • Monday: Wipe down all fridges & Deep clean behind all sauce boxes

  • Tuesday: Clean Windows & Clean Main Lobby (Vacuum Rug)

  • Wednesday: Deep clean both bathrooms

  • Thursday: Clean Windows, Mop OC Lobby

  • Friday: Clean Parking Lot & Sanitize Ice machine (inside and outside)

  • Saturday: Clean Windows, Clean under Drive-thru Lemonade
