Are iPad timers on and being used correctly?

Is the air curtain on Drive Thru turned on and functioning correctly?

Are all employees filling out the temperature log prior to clocking in to their shift?

Is Sanitizer bucket at correct strength and 6 inches off of the floor?

Are all towels submerged in sanitizer buckets when not in use?

Are all personal cups and food items stored in designated employee areas?

Are soda towers clean and free of black residue? Check nozzles, diffusers, as well as inside and on the edges of ice bin? (All 4 drink towers)

Are all products properly labeled and on trays/kanbans when required? Are all items still within shelf life, no expired products?

Are all products FIFO in FOH lowboys?

Is Drive Thru area clean and well maintained? No products on the floor?

Are both lemonade and diet lemonade meeting temperature requirements? (Front Counter and Drive Thru)

Are both Ice Dream and Shake Base meeting temperature requirements?

Are correct chemicals stored in the correct bottles? Are all chemicals stored in the chemical cabinet below the front counter handsink or in designated chemical areas?

Uniform Check (O No watches, O Approved Jewelry, O Proper Hair Restraints, O Correct Gloves when required, O Clean Shaven, O Nails Neatly Trimmed)

Ensure all gaskets are clean and well maintained with no holes or tears?

Are Ice Dream Machine and Shake Base machine clean and free of black residue?

Are hand sink dispensers, functioning, and stocked with paper towels, soap and hand sanitizer? (Front Counter and Restrooms)

Are Red, Yellow, and Blue cleaning tools correctly stored separate and off the floor?

Are chemicals for dishwasher and produce sink restocked?

Are dumpster gates and lids closed? Is the area surrounding the dumpster clean and well maintained?

Is the Oil Reservoir clean and well maintained?

Is Ice Machine clean and free of any black residue?
