Re-Fueling

  • 1. Does the operator allow the engine to stall out before attempting to decouple the propane tank?

  • 2. Does the operator dawn all required PPE to refuel/recharge the forklift?

  • 4. Does the operator properly open and dismount the propane tank?

  • 5. Does the operator inspect the O-ring, connectors, etc. before refueling/charging?

Trailer Loading and Unloading

  • 3. Does the operator stop at the entrance of the trailer while backing up to look for pedestrians?
