  • Review the colleague shop area, is this being processed correctly and stored in a designated colleague shop cage?

  • Are UODs being checked off at the backdoor for all deliveries?

  • Are waste storage areas in the warehouse secured? Is waste being recorded under a camera?

  • Check what is in the bins. Are there any unrecorded products or items that should not be placed in there?

  • Are transfers to the coffee machine, colleague room, café, PFS, Pharmacy being actioned daily (where applicable)? Check your 151 screen on SBO to confirm this is taking place
