  • Does the team member at the door greet the customer and ask them "Are you a member of our Friends & Family rewards program"?

  • If the customer answers NO - Does the benefits of Friends and Family get explained and does the customer get signed up?

  • If the customer answers YES - Does the team member take the customer to POS, check their available vouchers, and communicate such?

Selling interaction

  • Existing Friends & Family Customer - Does the team member assisting the customer attempt to increase the basket size/ add items to the sale by reminding them that they have vouchers waiting at checkout?
