THAWING

  • Packs of mini donuts (one of each color) are placed onto a thaw rack or bread rack for thawing. Packs of mini donuts are thawed for 4-hours.

  • Packs of mini donuts are marked with a 30-day discard date.

  • Bulk Thawing - cases of Froot Loops Mini Donuts are marked with a 30-day discard date and placed in dry storage for thawing. 12-hour thaw time is monitored using an approved timing system.

PREPARATION/PACKAGING

  • One sleeve of each color of mini donuts (5 total) are obtained for preparation.

  • Clean gloved hands are used to unwrap the mini donut sleeves. One of each color mini donut is placed into a mini clamshell.

  • The bottom of the assembled mini clamshells are marked with a 3-day discard date.

  • Assembled mini clamshells of Froot Loops Mini Donuts are placed onto a dine tray(s) or plastic tub.

  • Dine tray(s) or plastic tub of mini donuts are placed on frontline for easy access.

  • Froot Loops Mini Donuts are stored away from heat to prevent melting.

  • Damaged or broken mini donuts are not used to serve in mini clamshell.
