Description of scope

  • Type of inspection?

  • Procedure/-s: QCP, Siemens 1CS49705, 1CS33792, 1CS35465, 1CS35466, 1CS35467, 1CS353635 and 1CS35636. Colorised P&IDs in respect to PED category and Pressure Equipment list. For details see the above procedures.

  • Description: Visual inspection of product health and safety for operation of a turbine package unit with noise enclosure. Visual inspection of lifting equipment and Visual inspection after the proof test of piping, vessels and fittings installed in a package unit. Applicable for lifting eye, hoist, hoist beam and trolley. For pressure equipment shall the inspection to be performed prior to thermal insulation. Applicable for pressure equipment in hazard category I to IV acc. to PED and Piping class 0 to 3 acc. to EN13480 if specified. Colored P&ID and pressure equipment list is used as additional information, Serial no and brand is noted for the pressure equipment. Visual inspection of motor driven pumps and motor driven fans installed in a package or on a skid.
