This audit must be carried out on a MONTHLY basis by a member of the Technical Department. Ensure that all Glass and Brittle Plastic in the pack houses, warehouse and surrounding areas are checked using the following list. If any glass or brittle plastic is broken, damaged or parts are missing, report to the Technical Manager For breakage during production/product storing, isolate and mark all product that might be affected, report the incident to the area Manager and Technical Manager, complete a “Glass breakage report” (SOP 4.9.3 b – GLASS BREAKAGE INCIDENT REPORT)
