  • Check employees' temperatures

  • Any employee with temperature over 100.4 F must be sent home

  • Send sick employees home *

  • Enter employees sent home and any other actions taken. Ex: Joe - Sent home, notified internal team

  • Check for proper employee PPE

  • Do all employees have required protective equipment? Ex. Gloves, Face Mask, etc

  • Check cleaning supply stock

  • Ensure high contact points are sanitized

  • Clean and disinfect high contact points. Ex: Door knobs, hand rails, guest counters, etc

  • Ensure physical spacing guidelines are followed

  • Ensure appropriate spacing is regulated for tables, chairs, waiting lines, etc

  • Ensure table condiments are removed/sanitized

  • Ensure paper goods are removed from guest access
