  • Is the "powerfail" telephone identifiable and understood by staff (red)

  • Medical gas cylinders stored correctly (see separate audit tool)

Loading Bays / Receipt and Distribution areas

  • Has a risk assessment been carried out to comply with HSE Guidance HSG136
