I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of your Contractual Commitment (see Schedule 5 – Terms of Hire) to respect & maintain equipment and vehicles or you will be charged: Clause 8.1 If the Equipment is returned in damaged, unclean and/or defective state (except where due to fair wear and tear and/or an inherent fault in the Equipment) the Sub-contractor shall be liable to pay Heneghan for the cost of any repair and/or cleaning required to return the Equipment to a condition fit for re-hire Two recent examples of vehicle repairs which have been passed through due to user negligence are: Engine failure due to not user not completing basic oil and water level check - cost of repairs in excess of >£4k; and Coffee spilt on dash which has damaged the wiring loom - cost of repairs in excess of >£2k It is also your responsibility to notify us immediately (Clause 6.1.3) if you incur theft, loss or damage to any Plant or Equipment.

  • Any New Damage to Plant & Possible Cost incurred through Neglect or Abuse (CHECK AGAINST ORIGINAL CHECK SHEET )

  • Take Photo of Damage Items, More than one can be taken

List any other action or Items that need to be corrected
