This building is to be considered a high hazard structure. At this time the building is considered to be UNSAFE & UNFIT. No personnel should be allowed entry into the building and it is recommended that the building be removed IMMEDIATELY under Emergency Demolition. This building is to be considered severely structurally compromised and is in imminent danger of collapse.
