Is there a drain off tube fitted to the Pressure Relief valve and is it the correct length and facing away and down from the unit clear of Slab?

Are ALL Hot Water Pipes fully lagged with black insulating material with no gaps at ends of PIPEWORK or fittings?

Has the Lagging been fitted correctly over PIPEWORK with no splitting?
