People Management

  • All DCMs to have a 121 monthly with the meeting recorded in their PDB.

Induction

  • All new starters have received their Fit2Learn Folder and evidence (reference materials) of progress made from 1 January 2013

  • All new starters have been signed-off within their induction period and evidence to prove (completed product/knowledge card including quizzes) - 30 days non-management/60 days management

  • All new starters to have passed their Health & Safety Quiz (Knowledge Card) during their induction period - 30 days non-management/60 days management

Existing Employee Development

  • All existing employees have a Knowledge and Product cards

  • All existing employees have passed their on-line quizzes (Knowledge Card)

Legal Compliance

  • All employees have a signed contract in their EPF which reflects their current T&Cs

  • All employees have correct Proof Of Eligibility to work in the UK in their EPF

  • All employees have a signed copy of the IT policy in their EPF

  • All employees have a signed copy of the Bonus and Commission Terms and Conditions in their EPF
