  • CS13 Single aisle disembarkation at LGW: last five rows of PAX disembark via rear steps, if applicable (OM B 2.21.2.d)

  • CS14 Reduced crew during disembarkation - sufficient cabin crew including:<br>A) SCCM present,<br>B) One CCM for every 50 or fraction of 50,<br>C) One CCM available per pair of floor level exits on any deck where PAX are situated,<br>D) Refuelling is not taking place and consideration has been given to the mobility and positioning of any PAX remaining on board,<br>If applicable <br>(OM B 2.21.b)

  • CS15 Cleaning teams permitted to board once a suitable area of zone is free of PAX and baggage. SCCM is responsible for ensuring that cleaners don't prevent CCM from completing their Security Checks, if applicable (OM B 2.21.2.a)

  • CS16 Re-boarding PAX procedure followed (PAX) requests to re-board after disembarkation to retrieve a personal item and secure clean has not commenced, the PAX may re-board and retrieve an item. If secure clean has commenced the PAX should be asked to remain at the boarding door whilst the CCM liaises with cleaning staff to retrieve the item, alternatively the CCM member may enter the cabin to locate the item if applicable (OM B 2.21.4.e)

  • CS17 Security Aircraft: Was aircraft left secure i.e positively handed over to another competent individual. If staff or crew arrive at an aircraft the has :<br>A) an open door attached to a jetty<br>B) is unattended, and<br>C) if they believe unauthorised access has occurred, they must contact the Security Duty Manager (OM B 2.25.2)<br>If applicable
