  • Are fire exits and extinguishers accessible?

  • Is product stored in pedestrian walkway? Are employees using pedestrian walkway?

  • Are employees using proper PPE, i.e. fall protection, gloves in rod and strut, steel toes on forklifts, eye protection in tool repair, etc.?

  • Is the department free of trip hazards?

  • Are safety guards in use (cage doors, mezzanine gates, machine guards, dock chains, etc.)?
