  • Was the delivery of the cabinets & the installation team as required? Late arrival from sub contractors due to traffic.joda wagon also late .

  • Was the offload completed without disruption to the site, traffic or pedestrians? Due to traffic lights and narrow entrance unload to a bit longer no problems to pedestrians

  • Were the rules for working on the site respected? Well behaved no problems

  • Did the installation team have a good flexible working relationship with others on site? Worked well with customer services

  • Was the installation on schedule - equipment delivery & handover dates met? Joda late arrival sub contractors late arrival hand over met missing parts to be put in

  • Aesthetic part of assembly / installation ok? Some points I pulled them up on quickly resolved

  • Cabinet specification correct? Yes

  • Technical documentation ok? All documentation correct

  • Level of professionalism - respect demonstrated on site including H&S, appearance, tidy work area? New hi vis required

  • Cabinets functional & fit for purpose? All cases 90% complete

  • Response times to close outstanding issues on site? Improvement required

  • If escalation was required, were expectations met with regards response times / communication? Not required as of yet

  • How could we improve? Timekeeping arriving early than specified time to allow for traffic and inductions
