Wilson Washroom Services Ltd is providing you with an iPad and a charger to enable you to carry out your work as part of the service/installation teams. The following conditions apply -

Work Use Only

  • This Device is supplied for work purposes only. It must not be lent, given, or provided in any way to any other person. You are not to divulge the lock code of this device to any other person, other than your employer.

Downloads and Installing Apps

  • Only authorised Apps and Downloads are permitted. No other downloads are allowed, this includes movies and music. No other apps are to be installed on this device. No hot-spotting other devices from the work device.

Social Media/Internet

  • You are not authorised to login to or use any social media platforms on this device. The internet on this device is only to be used for work purposes and never for personal use unless authorised by management

If equipment is Lost

  • Report immediately to the Office with as much detail as possible. Depending on the circumstances Wilson Washroom Services reserve the right to recoup replacement costs from the device user

  • iPad's should be kept charged at all times to enable 'Find My iPad' location services to be used if equipment is lost

Breakages/Damage

  • Report immediately to the office with details. Depending on the circumstances Wilson Washroom Services reserve the right to recoup replacement costs from the device user

Return of Property

  • On request or on termination of employment, you are required to return all property of Wilson Washroom Services' under your control or in your possession. If property is not returned, the company reserves the right to deduct the costs of the equipment from any entitlements that are due to you

Agreement -

  • In completing this form, you are agreeing to adhere to the usage terms detailed above and understand that any failure to comply with these terms could result in disciplinary action and/or costs due to Wilson Washroom Services for repair/replacement of equipment.
