  • Guidelines: This checklist must covers all Tanks/Drums at location being inspected, if any tanks/drums fail on any of the questions below a note and picture of the failed item must be recorded.

Tank/Drum Inspections

Containment

  • 1. Structure Damage?<br>

  • 3. Valves Closed and No Leaks?<br><br>

  • 4. Clean around Containment?<br><br>

  • 5. Any Rainwater?<br>

Comments - Corrective Action:

Foundation

  • 1. Settlement or Washout?<br>

  • 2. Cracking?<br>

  • 3. Tank Supports?<br>

  • 4. Rain Water Drainage?<br>

  • 5. Clean around Foundation?

  • 6. Oil or Fuel Staining?
