  • Drop boxes are in use and locked. (Open registers and verify that all bills larger than $10 have been dropped)

  • Back door monitor is on and operating correctly

  • Back door is locked & the key to the back door alarm is not in the alarm

  • Safe is locked and there are no registers or cash sitting out in the restaurant or restaurant office. Cash is secured

  • All restaurant cameras are operating correctly and aimed at common areas (cameras have not been moved)

  • Front of the house and back of the house floors are not slippery/ greasy
