JRS Forklift Safety Checklist / Lista de Verificación de Seguridad

This Forklift Operator Daily Checklist can be used prior to daily forklift usage. This forklift inspection checklist is divided into 2 parts: before starting the engine and after starting the engine to check if all controls are functioning correctly. If any parts are found to be damaged or malfunctioning, the equipment should be tagged out and reported to the manager.

Daily Checklist

Before starting the engine (Include At least 4 Pictures Throughout your Inspection) / Antes de arrancar el motor (incluya al menos 4 imágenes a lo largo de su inspección)
Check for any tire damage. / Verifique si hay daños en los neumáticos.
Engine oil, hydraulic oil, battery fluid, coolant level and hydraulic levels are adequate / El aceite del motor, el aceite hidráulico, el líquido de la batería, el nivel de refrigerante y los niveles hidráulicos son adecuados
No leaks under the forklift / Sin fugas debajo de la carretilla elevadora
There are no cracks, dents or visible damage of any sort / No hay grietas, abolladuras o daños visibles de ningún tipo
