• The following Legionella Risk Assessment Review has been completed in accordance with L8 4th Edition and HSG274 parts 1,2 & 3 (The control of legionella bacteria in water systems). The findings of this review relate to the legionella risk assessment attached to this report. If any major changes are identified on site that are not reflected within the current legionella risk assessment, a new legionella risk assessment will be carried out following this review. If no major changes are identified and recent control measures have been satisfactory then the Legionella Risk Assessment remains valid for the following: • The presence of Legionella • System conditions – supportive to growth and Legionella proliferation • Potential for aerosol & breathable droplets • Review of the current control measures • Exposure & susceptibility of person (s) exposed to the water system (s). All findings of non-compliance will be identified and highlighted to the client.
