Survey/Layout Conformance

  • Does the shroud fit as per the Drawing 0788-102, 0788-103, 0788-104, 0788-105<br>

Material Conformance

  • Are the Mill Certificates supplied with the Stainless Steel Shrouds?

  • Does the steel conform to the drawings? 3.5mm thick Grade 316 Stainless Steel Plate

  • Are the Bolts, washers and nuts Stainless steel as per the drawings?

  • Does the welder have CWB certification? (Photocopy or Photo)

  • Is the adhesive as per MOTI spec, Sika flex 221 or Non-sag Polyurethane or Equivalent?

Shroud installation

  • Has the area been cleaned prior to adhesive application?

  • Are the shroud pieces bolted as per drawings 0788-102, 0788-103, 0788-104, 0788-105

  • Are the Shrouds anchored to the Concrete as per the drawings?

  • Is the Evasote fit as per the drawings with attention to a good seal?

  • After installation, do the shrouds leak?
