  • Are grout tubes full of grout, check random tubes include ones cut off?

  • Has duct been chaired and stapled?

PLANT & EQUIPMENT

  • Is guarding in place on plant?<br><br>Check grout pump had guards fitted and secured

  • Is electrical equipment tested and tagged?

  • What is the Stressing Jack number and is the date on the calibration certificate within 6month of its last test?

ENVIRONMENT

  • Is there adequate placement of bins and is rubbish being disposed of correctly?
