Fluid Levels - Check all that are in full / acceptable range.

  • Is the exterior of the vehicle clean? (If not add notes and photos)

  • Is there damage to the exterior of the vehicle? (If yes add notes and photos)

  • Windshield - If visible chips or cracks are present, check no and add notes and photos.

  • Are all Decals, Logos, Truck and DOT numbers in good condition?

Vehicle Interior (Add additional notes and photos as needed)

  • ADD ONE PHOTO OF PASSENGER SIDE AND ONE OF THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. (2) PHOTOS IN TOTAL .

  • Is the vehicle interior clean and tidy? (If not add notes and photos)

  • Is the interior of the vehicle free of damage? (If not, identified damaged areas in notes and add photos)

Tire Conditions (Add notes and photos if at risk)
