  • Are all fridges, speed rails, back bars and beverage re stocked?

  • Have all glass washers been dismantled, and cleaned?

  • Is bar back area clean, tidy with no dirty glasses or equipment?

  • Are all stations clean and dry inc sinks, ice wells, speed rails and underneath stations?
