Does the gate type match the order?

Was the Paperwork signed off?

Have all of the serial numbers been recorded?

Is the gate Left handed?

Motor lever push test?

Is the motor lever bolt tight?

Are the flange shaft bearing positioned correctly?

Is the Teroson protections installed on the bottom of the gate?

Was the gate tested?

Were any other controllers/devices installed (MID, MMV, MSS, etc)?

Is the MBS installed? (with limit switch and 2 cams)

Does each limit switch have yellow marks?

Does one limit switch only have one cam for the down position?

Are there yellow marks on the upper lever bolts?

Does the gate have a "tested by" sticker signed?

Does the gate have the correct number of springs?

Are the plastic clips installed?

Does it have the T-bracket?

Are all 3 bolts installed for the T-bracket?

Does it have 4 springs?

Does the gate have any accessories?

Is the flange correct?
