Quality

  • Are McCafe food products in good condition and within their primary & secondary shelf life? Check for McCafe food products of food are stored off the floor, opened packages of food are covered/wrapped, product is not past expiry date

  • Are refrigerated products in McCafe refrigerated units between 1 C to 4 C?

  • Is all calibration, small parts/equipment available, being used and in good conditions, check that scales, tongs and jugs available, used and in good condition, syrup pourers and other dispensers are the correct measure
