  • Call all Health Consults/program shows for the next day to confirm

  • Call all booked tours for next day and confirm times

  • Call open CSO, DM and LG to remind them about open shifts the next day

CLOSING PROCEDURES

  • Note all lost property in register the call DM and get them to put lost property in storage room

  • Check emails and respond or forward to correct person

  • 30 min before close make an announcement that the centre will be closing in 30 min

  • 15min close make an announcement that the centre will be closing in 15 min

  • Check lockers are all in operation.report faults to DM

  • <br>Tidy and restock merchandise( ie smallest size/lightest colour to the front)

  • Put iPads in Safe

  • Drop daily takings

  • Clean reception area and put all items away

  • Turn off all computers

  • Completed- DM initials
